Pre & Postnatal Training

Did you know approximately 85% of women will have a baby at some point in their lifetime? This is a time to adjust your training to suit your body’s needs. It is not a time to train for athetic performance but aiming to maintain a level of fitness during pregancy and preparing your body for birth. Postnatal recovery is incredibly important especially in those first 6-8 weeks. Women need extra special care and guidance which we can help you with.
